Hi, I am Julia. I founded Workwise HR Solutions following a twenty year career leading High Performing HR Teams in blue chip companies. The world of work today is complex both for employers and employees, and after talking with friends and work colleagues I realised that HR professionals and employees alike sometimes need a little extra support. That's why I founded Workwise

I have worked in HR teams in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device industry for over a decade. I have a deep commitment to facilitating better workplaces whether through organizational development programmes such as leadership or management training or enabling fair employee relations processes.

I have a Bsc from the University of Wales, Swansea and hold relevant qualifications with HR governing bodies.
 
I am currently based on the South Coast, NSW, Australia but have clients across the world.
